These are the terms for using Lykka, an iPhone app published by Lodehed Labs in Sweden. By using the app you accept these terms as well as Apple's standard end-user licence agreement (EULA), which applies in addition to this document.
Subscription
Lykka is free to download. To use the features that involve AI processing, a subscription is required. The current price and the length of the free trial are shown in the App Store before you start the subscription, and may vary by country. Any price changes will appear in the App Store before they take effect.
The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the next period begins. You can cancel at any time in the App Store under Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. The trial period cannot be extended.
Acceptable use
You may use Lykka for personal purposes. Please do not try to overload the server, work around quotas, or submit unlawful or harmful content. If we detect abuse we may suspend or revoke your access, which in Lykka's case means your device's random user id stops being accepted by our server.
Your content is yours
Everything you write, photograph or record in Lykka belongs to you. We make no claim to it and we never have it. See Privacy for what the server stores (very little) and what stays on your phone (everything else).
Warranty
Lykka is provided as is. We do our best to keep the app working well but we make no guarantee of uninterrupted service or error-free operation. Since AI responses are generated by a language model they can sometimes be unexpected — if that happens, tell us.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Lodehed Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Mandatory consumer rights under Swedish and European law are not affected by this paragraph.
Changes to the terms
If we change the terms we update the date above. For larger changes we add a short note inside the app before the change takes effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are heard in Swedish general courts, unless mandatory consumer law states otherwise.
